Dispatch Information
All orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be treated as having been placed on the following business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next business day, normally Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.
Standard Tracked Delivery
Standard Tracked Delivery costs £2.49 and is FREE on orders of £20 or more. Delivery is expected within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.
Your order will be delivered by one of our courier partners, which may include Evri, Yodel by InPost or Royal Mail. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
You should ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel. If you are not available, depending on the courier and service used, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, a delivery may be reattempted, or you may be provided with instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.
Express Tracked Delivery
Express Tracked Delivery costs £3.99. Delivery is expected within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
